Cancellation Policy

Reservation Fees

$2.50 per pet. Pets are not permitted in cabins unless an exception has been approved in advance.
$5.00 per person for each guest over 5 people on RV and tent sites.
$7.00 site lock fee to select and guarantee a specific site.
$3.00 booking fee.
$20.00 optional linen fee for cabins.

Reservations made more than 20 days before arrival: 25% deposit or $30, whichever is greater.
Reservations made 20 days or less before arrival: 100% payment due at the time of booking.

Cancellations made more than 15 days before arrival: $15 cancellation fee, with the remaining balance refunded. For reservations longer than one week, the cancellation fee is $15 per week.
Cancellations made 5 to 15 days before arrival: 50% cancellation fee, with the remaining balance refunded.
Cancellations made 1 to 4 days before arrival: 75% cancellation fee, with the remaining balance issued as a credit toward a future stay.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows: 100% cancellation fee. No refund or credit will be issued.
The cancellation policy applies to the full reservation total, including situations where the number of nights on an existing reservation is reduced.
